Avocado, Grape & Prosciutto Skewers

  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 24-32 red seedless grapes
  • 8 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice


Coat avocado slices with lemon juice and set aside. Thread slices of prosciutto on skewers alternating with grapes and avocado slices. Serve on a bed of lettuce or other garnish as desired.
