Why Avocados Bring Endless Love
One of the best things about avocados is their versatility when paired with other foods. Avocados are great on toast, perfect with tacos, and ideal when added to a variety of salads. It is hard for us to choose a food that isn’t improved by a little avo on top. Plus, as The Des Moines Register pointed out in its May article, avocados are really healthy. The edible fruit contains around 20 vitamins and minerals, which can benefit everything from your skin to blood pressure. That is in addition to few calories and a lot of healthy monosaturated fats. I didn’t think it was possible, but now can we all agree? There's reason to love avos even more!
