Serving Size: 2
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, chopped
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped
- 1/3 cup avocado cilantro dressing
Mix together avocado, chicken, and dressing in a bowl. Lay tortillas flat on a cutting board and spoon on the mixture. Fold the two sides in and then roll burrito from one of the open sides. Serve chilled or grilled.
